Upon contacting our office for a New Patient appointment, we will ask for your email address. You’ll receive an email from Therapy Notes inviting you to complete an account on our Patient Portal whereby all forms are sent to you and returned to us.
You’ll be able to very simply open and complete each form then submit each form within your Therapy Notes Patient Portal. Therapy Notes is an Electronic Health Record which is a HIPAA complaint platform,
encrypted at both ends for security and developed specifically for Psychologists.
